How I got here...

Stress & anxiety have been a personal challenge for many years. I was constantly trying to control my racing mind.
First I found exercise. This lead me to yoga, then eventually (& thankfully) to meditation. 
I soon felt the benefits and exploring the holistic world of meditation, breathwork and yoga became my passion.
2020/21 has given me a new perspective. As my anxiety rose, so did my desire to create environments where people are free to relax, grow and feel a sense of community.
And I wanted to do this in the pace I live, and love. Greece.
