A time and space for those who identify as men to escape some of the daily challenges of life and instead feel the benefits of a sense of community and togetherness.
Our retreats are curated to create an environment where you can meet and connect with people from around the world, but who may share life experiences, challenges and goals. From daily journaling to sharing circles, we make sure there is time for you personally but also to build bonds with the rest of the group. 
Community life is a big part of our retreat experience and for the lat two years we are really proud of the friendships, support and good times that our guests have shared from our times together.

All our retreats are a little different, but yoga, meditation and pranayama breathwork always remains at the heart of our programme.
Often we start the day with a more energised flow and later sessions focus on more restorative styles like yin, or even partner yoga.
Some of our retreats also offer dynamic fitness classes to get your blood pumping and energy flowing.
We offer a holistic but relaxed approach (no boot camp drills here!) that is open to all levels and is always both sweaty and fun!
On the more relaxing side, some of our retreats also offer Thai Yoga Massage workshops, often described as someone doing yoga to your body. An unmissable experience.

On retreat we offer two meals a day, brunch and dinner, both of which are vegetarian or vegan. 
The meals are mostly traditional Greek cuisine- tasty, nutritionally balanced and protein packed! Our chef Giorgos recently competed on Greek Masterchef- so you know its good too! People can get addicted to vegan moussaka very quickly!
Our chef is vegan, but happy to prepare vegetarian options also, however we do not offer meat or fish. 
In free time, trips out etc of course you are welcome to eat whatever you crave without judgement.
